Terms & Conditions

By booking services with CapturedByThea, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before confirming your booking.

1. Booking Fee & Payment Terms

  • A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your date.

  • The amount of the booking fee varies depending on the services requested and will be confirmed upon your enquiry.

  • The remaining balance must be paid no later than 14 days prior to the wedding date.

  • All payments are to be made via bank transfer. Payment details will be provided during the booking process.

2. Use of Content

Content captured by CapturedByThea may be used for marketing and promotional purposes, including:

  • Soical Media (e.g - Instagram, Facebook, TikTik, etc...)

  • Portfolio

  • Website

  • Google (or any other browsers)

  • Any other advertising platforms​

3. Cancellations

  • If the client cancels within 14 days of the wedding date, a 50% cancellation fee of the total agreed package price will apply.

  • If the client cancels within 7 days of the wedding, the full amount is chargeable and no refund will be issued.

  • Booking fees are always non-refundable, regardless of the cancellation date.

4. Cancellation by the Content Creator

  • In the unlikely event that CapturedByThea must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund of all payments made (including the booking fee) will be provided within 7 working days.

  • Every reasonable effort will be made to help find a suitable replacement content creator.

5. Limitation of Liability

  • CapturedByThea will perform services with care and professionalism, but is not responsible for unforeseen issues including but not limited to:

  • Technical failure

  • Weather conditions

  • Restrictions imposed by the venue

  • Missed moments due to changes in schedule or lack of communication​​

6. Agreement

By proceeding with your booking and making payment of the booking fee, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
